What are the extras you provide on request that you might want to track? Sell early check-ins, extra beds or little touches like flowers and champagne 🥂—then assign housekeeping to work their magic. Every room shines, every guest smiles. 🎉

Food and beverage

Planniac isn't a POS, but you might find some use for coordinating certain F&B activities. Or scheduling a champagne setup or birthday cake in the room on arrival day. If you're a very small property, you could even use Planniac to manage restaurant reservations or room service orders.

Gift shop
