00:08: I'm going to give you a short introduction to the Planniac solution for small and medium-sized resorts.
00:15: Do you book activities for your hotel guests like transfers, tours, and rentals? Does some of your business revenue come from those extra services you offer? And does your front desk sometimes have a tough time keeping all those activities organized and billed?
00:35: You'll create a catalog of your providers and what they offer, and then use them again and again to make plans.

00:59: And then select the provider. Let's select terrific. They're the tour operator that we know has a trip going out tomorrow.
01:12: So now you have planns – let's send the guest a link to their realtime itinerary.
01:16: They could open this up on their phone and be able to follow along with the schedule that you've planned for them. It's automatically in their itinerary now.
01:24: Now say they wanted to book some more activities.
01:31: The guests could go directly to the upsell site, scroll through, and look for something interesting to them.
01:36: Maybe they like the idea of a skiing course.
01:42: So, they'll add it.
01:50: You have the option of connecting your Stripe account so that you can get payment for this directly into your account, or they can simply send a request like we're going to do right here.
02:06: They send a request, and now that request has gone right onto the plans screen and on their itinerary of course.
02:15: Meanwhile, the guest might want to go back and have a look at their itinerary again.
02:21: Now you can see there are two pending activities that we just booked, two days of the skiing instruction.
02:27: Expanding the card shows details like the time, location, and what to wear and bring along.
02:36: The itinerary also has a section for your hotel information guide.
02:41: You can put whatever information in here you'd like. It's completely customizable with images or links or whatever you want.
02:48: You can even do room-specific Wi-Fi codes that will show on the Planniac itinerary.
02:55: Taking a closer look at the planns page, it shows an easy to follow but detailed schedule of what your hotel guests are doing.
03:09: We see the date of the activity.
03:13: There's a little bit of detail about the room and the guest's stay dates for quick reference,
03:19: the time of the transfer, how many people are participating,
03:23: notes about the transfer,
03:36: So how do those plans end up on that page? Well, if a guest calls or emails or walks up to the front desk, the plans might be entered by your team as I just showed you. You can add most plans in about 30 seconds! They can also be requested by the guest directly using Planniac's upsell page like we saw before. And, you can set up Planniac to get any add-ons the guest purchased when making the reservation on Cloudbeds.
03:59: Let's look at that – how a guest might book a package or an add-on from the PMS.

04:09: or add-ons ordered separately. That's about as hands-free as you can get! Once it flows into Planniac, your team only needs to set it up with the providers!
